How to choose the right liner and different crushing chambers?

1. Adopt linear crushing cavity.

First of all, cone crushers are generally used as secondary crushing equipment. The linear crushing cavity type can meet the requirements of the change of the crushing cavity profile, and the output is relatively high; the curved crushing cavity should be used for the middle and fine cone crushers. , It allows a narrower discharge port. The advantages of using a curved cavity are that the power consumption is relatively small, the product granularity is relatively uniform, the processing capacity is large, and it is not easy to be blocked. In addition, after selecting a suitable crushing cavity, the parameters should be adjusted.

2. Correctly choose the swing of the crushing chamber.

The swing stroke of the crushing cavity of the cone crusher has an important influence on the working performance of the crusher. When the swing stroke of the crushing cavity is increased, the compression ratio of each crushing layer in the crushing cavity increases, the quality of the crushed product is improved, and the calibrated discharge particle size increases. From the perspective of improving the quality of crushed products, the swing stroke of each crushing layer of the crushing chamber should be a larger value, but it must be able to prevent the phenomenon of over crushing and crushing, so it should be adjusted according to your own needs.

3. Product size and shape.

The particle size of the product depends on whether the crushing process is open circuit or closed circuit. The discharge opening required to obtain a satisfactory product particle size must be unobstructed. The discharge outlet here refers to an approximate value. Even if the two crushers are the same under the same working conditions, the discharge ports are not necessarily the same.

Generally speaking, the tight side discharge opening of the crusher is equal to the size of the screen hole or slightly larger than the average particle size of the required product. In terms of product size, the short-head crushing cavity can obtain excellent product size, followed by the standard fine-cavity type. The larger the cavity, the more difficult it is to obtain a good product size. In order to ensure a good product particle size, the crushing ratio should be controlled between 3 and 3.5.

4. Material characteristics and product size.

Generally speaking, the softer the rock, the thicker the crystalline particles of the rock, the thicker the product, and the better the shape of the broken particles. For example, a product of 6 to 15 mm is obtained. The secondary crushing adopts closed-circuit circulatory crushing below 50mm to screen out materials below 6mm to ensure a stable 6-50mm continuous grading feed for fine crushing.
