The section of the mantle close to the concave becomes the crushing chamber. The cone is crushed and impacted multiple times. When the mantle leaves this section, the material that has been broken to the required size falls down under its own gravity and is discharged from the bottom of the cone. When the crusher feeds iron, the iron parts are hard and cannot be broken, and they are stuck between the mantle and concave. At the moment of trying to break, the pressure rises instantaneously, the power also increases, and the oil temperature rises; Iron parts were detected entering the interior of the crusher. After that, the crusher will reduce the pressure, lower the main shaft, increase the ore discharge port, and discharge iron to prevent the damage of the crusher from expanding. The following three steps let you solve it easily!

Step 1: Use the hydraulic cavity clearing system to open the hydraulic solenoid valve to reverse the oil supply to the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the equipment. The hydraulic cylinder rises under the action of oil pressure and lifts the support sleeve through the end surface of the nut at the bottom of the piston rod.

Step 2: With the continuous lifting of the supporting sleeve, a large opening force is formed between the mantle and concave of the crushing chamber, and the iron blocks stuck in the crushing chamber will gradually slide down under the action of gravity and be discharged from the crushing chamber.

Step 3: If the iron in the crushing cavity is too large to be discharged through hydraulic pressure, the iron ore can be cut with a torch. Discharge from the crushing chamber.

During the above operations, maintenance workers are not allowed to enter any part of the body into the crushing cavity, and the parts inside the cone crusher may move suddenly to avoid personal accidents.

How to prevent the cone crusher from entering the iron block

Prevent the cone crusher from passing iron frequently, mainly from the following three aspects:

1. Strengthen the inspection of the wear of the belt funnel liner, replace it in time if any problem is found, and prevent it from entering the crusher after falling off.

2. Install a reasonable iron remover at the head of the feed belt of the crusher to remove the iron pieces entering the crushing cavity, so that the liner is evenly balanced during the crushing process and avoid damage.

3. Install an electronically controlled pressure relief valve on the crusher. When the detected pressure rises after the iron pieces enter the crusher, open the pressure relief valve instantly to discharge oil, lower the main shaft, and discharge the iron pieces.
