1. Wear-resistant hammer

In this way, it can not only prevent hammer head from wearing more than half to produce an acute angle and easy to break, but also make the striking angle between the wear surface and the material as close to vertical as possible, and change the friction wear (severe wear) to the strike wear (mild).

2. More sieves and less grinding. Add more sieves in front of the crusher, and add a loop behind the sieve to return the large pieces to the crusher. Don’t hope for one-time crushing and shaping; exclude stone surfaces, clay, impurities, etc. from the crusher, and do not do repeated useless work; at the same time It also reduces the pressure in the crushing chamber, which can also reduce wear.

3. Moisture, clay, excessive impurities, and weeds on the mountain skin will affect the flow of materials, become slippery, and thicken; and then buffer the striking force of hammer, block the sieve holes, increase the pressure, and cause poor discharge; this affects the macroscopic Speaking of which, the effect on wear and tear is quite astonishing. Wet wear is 10 times that of dry wear, which has been recognized by the industry in the grinding body of ball mills.

4. The feeding must be balanced and uniform; the incoming and outgoing materials are unobstructed, smooth and ventilated; to ensure that there is no accumulation of materials in the crushing cavity. Otherwise,hammer will be buried in the accumulated material, increasing the wear surface and the wear coefficient; the pressure in the crushing chamber will gradually increase, and the discharge can only be squeezed by the movement of hammer, thereby increasing the wear in all aspects.

5. Hammer rushes forward and the material goes backward. The water-like composition pushes the material to both sides of the crushing chamber, causing  hammer at both ends to wear more severely than the middle hammer , and at the same time, it also accelerates the wear of side plate. Therefore, use hammer washer ring to install the side hammer as far as possible.

6. The adjustment of the size and shape of the sieve holes is also very particular, and it should be combined with the crystal structure of the material ore; no sieve plate leaks faster than a sieve plate, a long sieve hole leaks faster than a square hole, and a square hole sieve plate is faster than a sieve plate. Park hole fast.

7. The gap between the wear-resistant hammer and the sieve plate should also be adjusted carefully. It is more beneficial to use the long and short hammers together.

8. Sometimes speeding up or adjusting the speed can also play a role in changing friction and combating wear.
