1. The inclination of the chute is not enough

Solution: Adjust the installation angle. Select the fixed position for raising/lowering both ends of the feeder according to site conditions.

2. The angle between the eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibration motor is inconsistent

Solution: Adjust by checking whether the two vibration motors are consistent.

3. The vibration direction of the vibration motor is the same

Solution: It is necessary to adjust the wiring of any one of the vibration motors to ensure that the two motors run in the opposite direction, and to ensure that the vibration trajectory of the vibration feeder is a straight line.

4. The excitation force of the vibration motor is not enough

Solution: It can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the eccentric block (the adjustment of the exciting force is realized by adjusting the phase of the eccentric block, one of the two eccentric blocks is fixed and the other is movable, and the bolts of the movable eccentric block can be loosened. When the phases of the eccentric blocks are coincident, the excitation force is the largest and decreases in turn; during adjustment, the phases of the eccentric blocks of the same group of motors should be consistent).

· When the vibrating feeder is used for batching and quantitative feeding, it should be installed horizontally to ensure uniform and stable feeding and prevent the self-flow of materials. For example, when continuous feeding of general materials is performed, it can be installed with a downward tilt of 10°. For viscous materials and materials with high water content, it can be installed with a downward tilt of 15°.

· After installation, the vibrating feeder should have a 20mm swimming gap, the horizontal direction should be horizontal, and the suspension device should adopt flexible connection.

·Before the no-load test run of the vibrating feeder, all bolts should be tightened once, especially the anchor bolts of the vibration motor, which should be tightened again for 3-5 hours of continuous operation.

· During the operation of the vibrating feeder, the amplitude, the current of the vibrating motor and the surface temperature of the motor should be checked frequently. It is required that the amplitude of the vibration feeder is uniform before and after, and the vibration motor current is stable. If any abnormality is found, it should be stopped immediately.

·The lubrication of the vibration motor bearing is the key to the normal operation of the whole vibrating feeder. During the use process, the bearing should be filled with grease regularly, once every two months, once a month in high temperature season, and removed every six months. Repair the motor once and replace the internal bearing.

· Operation precautions of vibrating feeder

Before starting (1) Check and remove the debris between the machine body and the chute, spring and bracket that may affect the movement of the machine body; (2) Check whether all fasteners are fully tightened; (3) Check the excitation Check whether the lubricating oil in the device is higher than the oil level; (4) Check whether the transmission belt is in good condition. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time. If there is oil pollution, it should be cleaned;

(5) Check whether the protective device is in good condition, and remove it in time if any unsafe phenomenon is found.

2. When using

· (1) Check whether the machine and transmission parts are normal before starting; (2) Start without load; (3) After starting, if any abnormal situation is found, it should be stopped immediately. to restart. (4) After the machine vibrates stably, the machine can run with material; (5) The feeding should meet the requirements of the load test; (6) The shutdown should be carried out according to the process sequence, and it is forbidden to stop with material or continue feeding during or after the shutdown.
