The frame is a rigid frame with four walls with upper and lower openings. In order to support the eccentric shaft and withstand the reaction force of the broken material, sufficient strength and rigidity are required. Generally, it is integrally cast with cast steel. Small machines can also use high-quality cast iron instead of cast steel. The frame of the main frame is cast in stages and firmly integrated with bolts, and the casting technology is complex. The self-made small jaw crusher frame can also be welded with thick steel plates, but the rigidity is low.
Chin and Side Guards
Both the constant jaw and the movable jaw are composed of a jaw bed and a jaw plate. The jaw plate is the working part and is fixed on the jaw bed with bolts and wedge iron. Since the jaw bed of the fixed jaw is the front wall of the frame, and the movable jaw bed is suspended around, it has the strength and rigidity enough to withstand the crushing reaction force, so there are more cast steel and cast iron materials.
Power Transmission Parts
The eccentric shaft is the main shaft of the crusher, subject to huge bending torque, and is made of high carbon steel. The eccentric part must be finished and heat treated, and the bearing bush must be cast from Bassoon alloy. Install a pulley at one end of the eccentric shaft and a flywheel at the other end.
