Liner plate- high manganese steel 

High manganese steel liner plate can be used for wear-resistant structural parts of production machines, including crushers, ball mills, loaders, excavators, bulldozer buckets and blades, and screw conveyors. It can be processed by gas cutting and various welding. Although the steel plate has high strength, it features good cold bending property and thus can be cold processed and formed.

High manganese steel contains 10–15% manganese. Its carbon content is high, generally 0.90–1.50%, and in most cases, above 1.0%. Its chemical compositions (%) are: C0.90-1.50, Mn10.0-15.0, Si0.30-1.0, S0.05, and P0.10. This is the most used type among all types of high manganese steel.

High manganese steel liner plate is often used as bowl liner and mantle of cone crushers, jaw plate and side plate of jaw crushers, blow bar of impact crushers, liner of ball mills, flat hammers, hammer, and bucket tooth of excavators, etc..

The jaw plate of jaw crushers we produce is made of the most advanced materials through pouring procedures. In addition to high manganese steel, a certain amount of chromium is added to improve the hardness of the product, keeping the chemical compositions stable and ensuring its mechanical properties. Meanwhile, water toughening treatment is adopted. After water toughening treatment, the casting has higher tensile strength, ductility, plasticity and non-magnetism, which makes the toothed plate more durable. When impact force or deformation from great stress occur to the product during the use, work hardening generates on the surface, thus forming a highly wear-resistant surface layer, while the inner layer keeps good ductility and is able to bear shock loading even if it is worn to a very thin level.

The high manganese steel liner plate of ball mills we produce features high wear resistance, high strength, good ductility, impact resistance, high cost performance and strong adaptability. Using state-of-the-art process, we make it possible for the liner plate to have good wear resistance, enhance the milling effect of grinding media on materials, improve the grinding efficiency of the mill, increase the output and reduce the metal consumption. With science-based and reasonable element formula, the liner plate is able to bear huge impact force, and keep its surface shape for a long time in work, so as to ensure stable increase of output. In the quenching process of ball mill high manganese steel liner plate, special double-effect quenchant with good thermal stability is used as medium, allowing the product to achieve high strength, hardness and ductility to meet the technical requirement for wear resistance. Compared with ordinary liner plates, the liner plate we produce offers excellent cost performance and can be used in mines for wet-process milling, dry-process milling and mixed milling.BOWL-LINER-ALL-2
