For the part of the retaining ring under the movable cone body, if the wear exceeds 1/2 of the ring height, the steel plate should be repaired. When the spherical surface of the body wears more than 4mm, or the lower end of the cone of the body wears more than 4mm at the contact with the liner, the body should also be replaced.
Regarding its stop running, we should also pay attention to it. When stopping normally, the crusher should stop feeding the ore first, and after all the ore in the cone crusher is removed, the main motor and the oil pump motor can be stopped. After parking, the user should comprehensively inspect all parts of the crusher, and if any problems are found, they should be dealt with in time. For large-scale cone crushers-gyratory crushers, they can generally be filled with ore. However, for the medium to fine crushing cone crusher, we must ensure that the feed rate is not excessive.
