Hammer’s multiple identities

The high chromium alloy hammer of Zhejiang Shanvim Industrial Co., Ltd. is cast from high chromium multi-element alloy steel materials. It is equipped with precious metal elements such as molybdenum, vanadium, nickel and niobium. After chemical water toughening treatment, the processing hardness is greatly improved. Excellent abrasion resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and good toughness and workability of cast steel are integrated. It has excellent wear resistance and impact resistance that are difficult to achieve with a single metal material. It has the overall comprehensive performance of ordinary high manganese steel hammers, it has the characteristics of high hardness, fine discharge and high wear resistance. The high hardness martensite matrix in the hammer strongly supports the carbide particles to prevent the carbide from falling off the wear surface during the work process, ensuring the material The high abrasion resistance, the hardness can reach 62HRC-65HRC.
According to the manufacturing process, it is divided into casting hammers and forging hammers
According to the material of the hammer: high chromium hammer, high manganese steel hammer, bi metal hammer, composite hammer, big gold hammer, cemented carbide hammer, etc.
1. High chromium alloy hammer
The hammer of the high alloy crusher has excellent hardness and is a high-quality wear-resistant material. It has been widely used in the fine crusher (third-generation sand making machine) and impact crusher with a supporting hammer frame, but the high chromium alloy toughness Inferior, it is prone to breakage without the support of the hammer frame. It has been rarely used at present.
2. High manganese steel hammer
The high-manganese steel hammer has good toughness, good manufacture ability and low price. Its main feature is that under the action of greater impact or contact stress, the surface layer will quickly produce work hardening, and its work hardening index is 5-7 higher than other materials. Times, the wear resistance is greatly improved. However, the hammer of high manganese steel crusher has higher requirements for the overall performance of the crusher. If the physical impact force is not enough or the contact stress is small in actual work, the surface cannot be quickly worked hardened, thus failing to exert its due wear resistance.
3. Compound hammer
The composite hammer  is a unique production process used in the production of the product. The hammer handle part of the composite hammer head is made of high manganese steel, and the hammer part is made of high chromium alloy, which integrates toughness and wear resistance, making the hammer handle part impact resistant. Partly resistant to abrasion, combined with the advantages of high manganese steel resistance to impact and wear, and high chromium alloy wear resistance.
4. Tungsten-titanium alloy hammer
The tungsten-titanium alloy hammer is a metal abrasive tool that adopts vacuum double refining, out-of-furnace refining, and directional solidification pressure casting technology. It uses high-quality reinforced ultra-high manganese steel as the hammer base material. Hardness metal block-enhanced phase WTI/C (tungsten-titanium alloy, its hardness is second only to artificial diamond). Therefore, it not only inherits the advantages of high toughness, high reliability and good wear resistance of the original high-quality reinforced ultra-high manganese steel, but also has the enhanced wear resistance of super-hard tungsten-titanium alloy.
5 Hard alloy hammer
Compared with other materials, cemented carbide hammers have higher hardness, flex ural strength and impact, thermal fatigue resistance, good thermal hardness, etc., which solves the cracks, desoldering, chipping, and cracks that are prone to high-strength materials. Loss of blocks and so on. It has a wide range of applications and can basically be adapted to all crushing industries.微信图片_20210918172852
