Long-term use will cause the thrust plate to wear to varying degrees. When the wear is serious, it must be replaced to ensure the smooth progress of production.
1. Support the movable jaw plate and transmit the crushing force to the rear wall of the frame.
2. The size of the crusher discharge port can be adjusted by replacing the thrust plates of different sizes.
3. The thrust plate is the safety device in the whole machine. When feeding, when too hard and difficult to break material blocks or unbreakable metal blocks and other sundries are dropped, the thrust plate will break by itself to protect other parts from damage.

The steps of replacing the thrust plate of the jaw crusher are mainly divided into three steps.
1. When the thrust plate is seriously worn or the front thrust plate is broken, stop the machine first and take some repair measures. Be sure to remove the ore in the crushing chamber, take out the worn or broken thrust plate, and check whether the toggle plate on the movable jaw and connecting rod is damaged.
2. Pull the movable jaw plate to the vicinity of the fixed jaw plate, clean and lubricate the working surface of the toggle plate with oil to make it work more smoothly, and then replace the new thrust plate to make it slowly contact with the working surface of the toggle plate; and pull Tighten the horizontal pull rod, the movable jaw clamps the thrust plate, and tighten the safety cover.
3. Connect the lubrication system, and then adjust the size of the outlet according to the actual situation to make it suitable for production.
