1.Clean up the belt of the crusher
Check whether there are oil stains on the belt and pulley. If so, wipe the belt and pulley with a clean dishcloth in a timely manner to ensure there is no any stain or dust left.
2. Clean up the feed port and discharge port of the crusher
Check whether there are some materials left over from the last operation. If the left materials are not cleaned up, the quality of the finished products will be affected in the next operation.
3. Clean up the bearing
In case there are adherent substances on the bearing, the heat dissipation of the bearing will be affected, resulting in the rising of the bearing temperature, which will, in turn, affect the service time and performance of the equipment. In extreme cases, it may lead to equipment accidents and safety problems. Therefore, once adherent substances are found on the bearing, it should be cleaned up in time to ensure the smooth and stable operation of the bearing.
4. Clean up the inside of the crushing chamber
Check whether there is any debris in the crushing chamber of the crusher, and be sure to cut off power before cleaning. When opening the crushing chamber, first clean up the surrounding residual materials, and then clean up the residual materials on the hammerhead. Since there is a liner plate in the crushing chamber, when the cutter head is rotated, the metal parts will wear off the paint on the liner plate. So it is necessary to check whether there are impurities and falling paint on the inner wall of the crushing chamber. It is also required to use towels, brushes and other cleaning tools to clean it. After the materials in the equipment are cleaned up, wipe it with 75% ethanol, and then close the crushing chamber. The cleaning of the crushing chamber should be carried out before the start-up of the equipment, so as to reduce the load of the equipment during its start-up.
