Casting process V-method has six advantages for producing wear-resistant castings

Less processing allowance;
2.No binders and additives, no sand mixing equipment, save raw materials and power, reduce environmental pollution, reduce operation and maintenance costs, and be environmentally friendly;
3.The old sand can be recycled up to 95%, which solves the problem of waste sand disposal;
4.V-method casting metal has good fluidity, strong filling capacity, slow cooling of molten metal in the cavity, which is conducive to feeding, the riser of the casting can be reduced, the metal utilization rate is high, and the process yield is high;
5.V-method casting sand molds have high compactness and can be poured at low temperature to refine the grains of wear-resistant castings and have good wear resistance; external cooling iron can be added to refine the grains of the wear-resistant parts of wear-resistant castings and improve wear resistance ;
6.High degree of mechanization, improved working conditions, reduced labor intensity of workers, and good working environment.
